What is Fantasy Cup?
Fantasy Cup is a fantasy football platform built around real player performance. Instead of managing a full squad, you build a focused five-player lineup for each contest and score points from what actually happens on the pitch.
Why was Fantasy Cup created?
Fantasy Cup was built to make fantasy football faster, sharper, and easier to enjoy. The goal is to create a format that feels more modern, more competitive, and more aligned with how football fans follow matches today.
How do I play?
You sign up, receive FC demo credits, browse open contests, and build a five-player lineup from the match pool. Once your lineup is locked, your players earn points based on their real match performances.
How many players do I pick?
Each lineup contains five players. You also choose one captain, who earns 2x points.
Do I need a full squad?
No. Fantasy Cup is designed around a faster five-player format, so every pick carries more weight and every contest is easier to follow.
How does scoring work?
Players earn points from real football actions such as goals, assists, clean sheets, and bonus performances. Captain points are doubled, so strong reads can create a big edge.
Why is Fantasy Cup focused on the road to World Cup 2026?
Because the 2026 World Cup will be the biggest football stage ever: 48 teams, 104 matches, and a global audience across an entire summer. Fantasy Cup is being built with that scale, pace, and opportunity in mind.
What is FC?
FC currently works as the demo credit system inside Fantasy Cup. It is used for gameplay, testing, and early community progression during the pre-launch phase.
Do I get free FC when I sign up?
Yes. New users currently receive free FC on signup so they can explore the platform, enter contests, and experience the product during the demo phase.
What happens when Fantasy Cup officially launches?
The current plan is for Fantasy Cup to move from demo mode into its full live platform close to the 2026 World Cup. That launch is expected to mark the beginning of the platform’s broader competitive and reward phase.
Who can qualify for future rewards?
Fantasy Cup currently intends to recognize and reward top FC holders as the platform moves toward official launch. Terms, eligibility, and reward mechanics may be updated before official launch.
When is the full platform expected to go live?
The current target is around one week before the 2026 World Cup, although timing may still change as the platform is finalized.
